Best friends forever and the Lost tooth.

Good Morning!
A Sweet heart ed reader desires her girl to have a BFF and so I thought of Dove who tends to befriend the less fortunate. Int that she has had 5 BFF move away on her. In almost every relationship the sweet kid was a child who was befriended only by Dove. Year after year amazingly these relationships end whth a move or departure.
So yesterday as I was Praying for our daughters I thought to call the last childs mother.
We spoke and arranged for the child to come for a visit in September.
We also had the child call Dove and wish her happy birthday.
So when the phone rang moments later....
I handed the phone to her and said..."Happy Birthday!
When she heard the childs voice on the other end...
Glee!

Silly, loving, Pure Glee!

Oh the joy of a child!

She was so happy! I love this picture of her, she is so innocent and dear.

It made a day of gratitude. She hugged me often and spoke several times of how much she loved me.

Dash lost his front tooth!
It came out at his hand.
Wiggle , wiggle here we go again!

He is so happy.
I love happy kids.

They are so peaceful and delightful.

I am so glad that Dove has found another friend! I used to be one of the less fortunate when it came to friends, my bff in lower school went to a different middle school, the new bbf moved house and school at the end of year 6, my bbf at the end of Middle/beginning of Upper School decided I was too immature for her so she ditched me, in years 12 and 13 you were there by choice so if you wanted to you could leave. My two BFF's did that and then another one emigrated (to Australia!). I was beginning to think I had really bad BO or something lol.

I got to Uni and was kinda scared about making new friends after all what if they "abandoned" me. My first BFF did that - she found that uni wasn't for her and she was missing her Twin Sister too much and so she quit Uni and moved home :(. After this I made four BFF's who are amazing! There's Kewey (aka Hannah K), Laura, Serena and Snoop (Helen).

I've been left uni and year and although I don't see them for months on end they are still my BFF's and they rock my socks!!!!!

Dove is a cool girl and any person who doesn't want to be her friend are totally wrong!!!!! She rocks my socks!!!!!

I am so glad that Dove made a new friend.

Older women likewise teach the younger women...

• how to love their husbands
• how to love their children
• how to be self-controlled
• how to be pure
• how to be keepers at home
• how to be kind and submissive (not subservient) to their own husbands. (See Titus 2:3-5)

'A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ
That a man should have to seek Him first to find her.'

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not shouting 'I'm clean living,'
I'm whispering 'I was lost, Now I'm found and forgiven.'

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak and need His strength to carry on.

When I say.. 'I am a Christian' I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I have failed and need God to clean my mess.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not claiming to be perfect,
My flaws are far too visible, but God believes I am worth it.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I still feel the sting of pain...
I have my share of heartaches, so I call upon His name.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not holier than thou,
I'm just a simple sinner Who received God's good grace, somehow!

Words have power. Here are a few of my favorite sayings.

  • A warm cup of tea is like a cuddle with a friend.
  • The North American Indians have a more eloquent word for ‘friend’ than we do in English. In their language, the word for friend literally means, “the one who carries my sorrows on his back.”
  • Return with Honor
  • The sage anticipates things that are difficult while they are easy, and does things that would become great while they are small. All difficult things in the world are sure to arise from a previous state in which they were easy, and all great things from one in which they were small. Therefore the sage, while he never does what is great, is able on that account to accomplish the greatest things."
  • "HOME IS WHERE YOUR STORY BEGINS"
  • “Live so that when your children hear these words they think of you… Fairness Caring Integrity Honesty Love Trust.”
  • "O Lord help my words to be gracious and tender today, for tomarrow I may have to eat them."
  • "No man has ever been shot while doing the dishes"
